Mastering the Elements
There are a couple of giant stone statues lined up in a row. A master is training a group of students to practice using their elemental powers. One of the students begins emitting an arc of water into one of the stone statue's mouths. The more that goes in, the more the mouth shuts. It is a success, the mouth shuts. But when the same student attempts to do the same thing with the shark-like statue to the left, the mouth struggles to close. The master then mentions that some statues require two elements. "That one requires both water and dark".
The master then looks to his left and notices another student attempting to conquer the darkness statue on the far end. The master mutters, "That is not a statue that can be easily tamed...". As an art, multimedia, and game design student, I've learned to conceptualize designs, storyboard, animate, draw characters, draw from life, shoot video, photograph, create websites, make games, and solve visual problems. I am great with computers, both PC and Mac, and have experience using a variety of design and video software editing programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Final Cut Pro, Motion, Soundtrack Pro, Soundbooth, Audacity, Cinema 4D, Maya, Stencyl, and Unity 3D.

I've always been into art and games since I was a young child. They were my biggest hobbies and still are. I let my imagination run wild and I can come up with many interesting ideas and I love to include action and humorous situations. I'm always looking to learn and gain knowledge and experience.

I'll continue exploring and doing the best creative work I can! Feel free to contact me if you'd like me to make videos, art, graphics, websites, games, and much more for you. I can even take your existing videos or graphics and make them better or more interesting if you like.

The statue spoken of resembles Anubis, the jackal-headed god of the dead. The student facing it was the oldest of the group. He had a monk-like appearance and dark skin. He looks determined and puts his hands together with the palms facing outward. As he pulls back, he lets out a yell and thrusts his hands forward in a perfect stance. Out comes little dark wisps with almost like faces and hands, but they do not travel far before fading away. The man becomes up set and tries a few more times, but continues to fail. The statue he faces then slowly turns its head toward the man which proves shocking to the group.

Suddenly, a swarm of dark wisps attack the man and engulf him like a pile of boulders. Another student nearby tries to go help him up, but something happens. He becomes frozen in place and loses control of his movements. The master immediately tells someone to go restrain the student while he takes care of the student who was attacked by the darkness. "This is a curse cast by the statue," the master proclaims. "You two must take quick glances at each other, but do not hold eye contact. Just keep looking away. This will dispel the effect" The two students who were affected do as the master commands and make quick eye glances. The viewpoint switches to one of the students as he faces the other. As he continues to looks away, he blinks and suddenly everything goes white and the scene has changed.

This is when I woke up. So this was all but a small dream I had this morning. It stuck out to me and I just had to write it down before I forgot everything like other dreams. This sort of seems like Avatar the Last Airbender meets some other crazy anime. Does this story seem to resemble anything else out there?
